Our analysis is prepared with a combination of trained skills and computerized tools.  Our staff has significant experience interpreting aerial photography, analyzing detailed U.S. Census information and economic data, conducting field surveys, etc.   We also use specialized computer software and econometric models, such as ArcGIS, REMI©, and IMPLAN©.
